Black-legged kittiwakes

The black-legged kittiwakes, Rissa tridactyla, is a coastal breeding gull found in the North Pacific and North Atlantic, most commonly in North America and Europe, breeding in large cliff colonies. The nest is lined with moss or seaweed.
