Ruppell's Long-tailed Starling (Lamprotornis purpuropterus)
Bare-faced Go-away-bird (Corythaixoides personata)
This bird is named for the sound is makes. It sounds like it
is saying "go away".
Yellow-billed Oxpecker (Buphagus africanus)
These oxpeckers are on the legs of a giraffe. They have pecked
holes and the giraffe is bleeding.
Crowned Lapwing (Vanellus coronatus)
This bird was guarding an egg.
D'Arnaud's Barbet (Trachyphonus darnaudii)
Blacksmith Plover (Lapwing) (Vanellus armatus)
Ring-necked Dove (Streptopelia capicola)
White-browed Coucal (Centropus supercillosus)
Yellow-throated Sandgrouse (Pterocles gutturalis)
The spotted birds are female.
